Just had a call at work that I assumed was a follow-up from a January call where I discussed with a firm the starting point of a project and sent documents to them immediately after the call in support of that starting point.
This call ended up being them asking me where we wanted to start with the project. I (surprisingly) politely reminded them that we determined this and provided supporting documents 4 months ago. What was scheduled for an hour became an 8 min. call.
