I Would Ride 600 Miles

Of course this post and title would’ve been better at 500 miles, but who has time for that?

Yesterday, on a commute to a meeting, I hit 600 miles on my e-bike. This is a little over six months since I started e-bike commuting in earnest. I’m proud of that. Most of my daily commuting is under five miles total. Yesterday’s was around 31 miles when all was said and done, including a detour due to storm damage from a downburst that rolled through our area on Sunday.

I love it. I think I feel better overall. Yesterday was a really nice day, though, and makes me look forward to Spring now that it’s here. I’ll check back in July when that heat sets in. …
